How Aeoria runs a fixed scope build

Four steps. The important one is the written scope: if it is not on the list, it is not in the price.

Start with the fit quiz Why fixed scope
  1. Fit. Short quiz or email to dev@aeoriaapps.com. We name which engagement type fits: new iOS, web product, or existing app fix list.
  2. Scope. We write deliverables, assumptions, and out of scope items. You approve in writing.
  3. Build. Design and implementation against that list. Changes go through a scope update, not silent stretch.
  4. Handoff. You get the agreed builds, accounts, and notes. Support after that is a new defined list if needed.
