  1. Primary user and primary job stated in one sentence
  2. Platform chosen (for Aeoria: iOS and/or web; not Android)
  3. Screen list for v1
  4. Flows that must work end to end
  5. Accounts: none, email, Sign in with Apple, or other named method
  6. Payments: none, or named provider and who is the merchant
  7. Analytics: named tool or none
  8. App Store / hosting accounts: who owns them
  9. Languages for v1
  10. Content sources (who writes copy, who supplies icons)
  11. Out of scope list signed off
  12. Handoff format agreed (repo access, TestFlight, DNS)
